Fischer Shareholders Approve Hologic Transaction

Fischer Imaging Corp has obtained the votes necessary to approve the Asset Purchase Agreement, dated 6/22/2005, between Fischer and Hologic Approval of the transaction required the affirmative vote of most Fischer's outstanding shares.
