Kroger nabs West Valley distribution center

Taking advantage of a less-expensive tax district and finding one of the few distribution centers in the Valley with the type of space it needed, The Kroger Co. has paid $1.8 million to lease 151,305 square feet on Buckeye Road in the West Valley.
