CLEVELAND, OH (MARKET WIRE) Argo-Tech Corporation announced today that it has extended the expiration date of the consent solicitation with respect to its $250 million outstanding principal amount of 9 1/4% Senior Notes due 2011 to 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on Wednesday, October 26, 2005 (unless further extended or earlier terminated by Argo-Tech).
