(Reuters) - Ladislav Anisic (L) and Udo Jacob, lawyers of Moroccon terror suspect Mounir El Motassadeq wait for a proclamation of sentence at the German Federal Court in Karlsruhe November 16, 2006. Germany's highest court of appeals ruled that El Motassadeq, a friend of the Sept. 11 hijackers was guilty of abetting mass murder and must return to court to receive a new, harsher sentence. El Motassadeq was convicted last year of belonging to a terrorist organisation and given a 7 year jail sentence, but cleared of abetting mass murder. REUTERS/Alex Grimm (GERMANY)
