Mr. Christmas Lights writes "Technocrat is a global forum, but some may not know that the 400th anniversary of Guy Fawkes Day will be celebrated November 5th, 2005 in England. This major holiday is also called 'Firework Night' or 'Bonfire Night' and commemorates the attempt in 1605 to blow up the House of Lords during the State Opening with 2.5 tons of gunpowder in an underground cellar. The UK Parliament outlines the 'Gunpowder Plot' which was uncovered shortly before it would have 'blow'ed up real good' and taken out the entire ruling body of England. Any UK Technocrats want to share how they will celebrate this day ... and ponder how history would have changed if they had been successful?"
