The PGA European Tour has fined Sergio Garcia for kicking an advertising board during Saturday's third round of the European Masters. Garcia won the tournament in Crans-Sur-Sierre, Switzerland, on Sunday, edging Peter Gustafsson of Sweden by one stroke. The tour office said Tuesday that Garcia had been notified of his fine by tournament director David Probyn. The tour declined to confirm the amount of the fine. Garcia kicked the sign after three-putting the 17th for a bogey.
