(AP) - Prosecutors Francesco Greco and Carlo Nocerino, background, in the court where Parmalat Finanziaria Spa founder Callisto Tanzi is standing trial nearly two years after the massive fraud of the Italian dairy giant was discovered, in Milan, Italy, Friday, Dec. 2, 2005. Tanzi and 15 others among former company directors, lawyers and accountants, are accused of market rigging, providing false accounting information and misleading Italy's stock market regulator in the US$ 18 billion (nearly 15 billion Euro) scandal that was dubbed 'Europe's Enron'.
