(AP) - In this photo provided by the New York Public Library, Benjamin K. Miller Collection, a 1918 'Inverted Jenny' that has a Curtiss 'Jenny' airmail plane printed upside down is seen. The stamp is perhaps the world's most famous stamp error. A stamp which was thought to be the famous Inverted Jenny stamp, was discovered as Broward County officials reviewed absentee ballots for the Nov. 7 elections, but now appears to be a fake, an expert said Tuesday. There was no name on the envelope so the vote didn't count. (AP Photo/Benjamin K. Miller Collection, The New York Public Library)
