Lawsuit seeks to tone down sound levels on iPods

A lawsuit is asking iPod maker Apple Computer to turn down the music. The case, filed Monday in San Jose federal court, claims Apple markets its popular digital music player knowing that it can lead to permanent hearing loss if it is played too loudly.
