BA Strike Hits BAA Figures

The strike at British Airways over a catering dispute and the impact of July's bombings in London cost Britain's biggest airport authority up to 500,000 passengers in August. However, BAA added, passenger numbers were bouncing back quickly following the bombings but the longer-term effects of the attacks were still unclear.
