Two Redfield residents were killed in a car accident late Tuesday night in Dallas County. Dean Grabill, 33, and Melissa Davis, 26, were traveling south on County Road P-46 about one mile north of Redfield when their car lost control and slid into a ditch about 11:45 p.m., Dallas County Sheriff Brian Gilbert said. The couples 1998 Pontiac Grand Prix rolled several times before coming to a stop in a pasture. Both Grabill and Davis were ejected from the car. Their bodies were found at 7 a.m. Wednesday morning, Gilbert said. The accident is currently under investigation by the Dallas County Sheriff and the Iowa State Patrol.
