Two-time defending champ Tiger Woods shook off an early bogey Thursday at the Dunlop Phoenix in Japan, and carded a 67 to end the first round tied for third with Padraig Harrington. Woods also drove to the fringe of the green on a dogleg par 4, much to the surprise of the group that was still putting there.
