Missing Ladson man's body found floating at sea

The body of a 21-year-old missing man was found Saturday floating near Charleston Harbor. The body was found a week after Christopher Thomas Feeley of Ladson parked his vehicle near the foot of the Arthur Ravenel Junior Bridge and left a note threatening to jump.
