They were all out yesterday, anybody and everybody in golf, it seemed. The weather was perfect, the course was immaculate, almost too green, and definitely too long. The menu was set for wide-ranging golf talk under the gnarly old oak tree where stood some of the Augusta National Golf Club's gnarly old members in their pressed green jackets that declare ''I belong here.''
