Drinking tea significantly lowers ovarian cancer risk

Filed under: Ovarian Cancer, Prevention This is the sort of stuff that gets me going. Finding something common, natural, and easy to obtain can benefit your health. I discovered today that my beloved cup of tea in the afternoon can lower my chances of getting ovarian cancer by 18%, and adding another cup can lower it even more. I can lower my risk by a total of 46% if I drink two cups, sounds good to me. The National Institute of Environmental Medicine, in Sweden researched these benefits an published them in the December issue of Archives of Internal Medicine (JAMA).
