MiniPC unveils miniature wonder
14th Nov 2006, 05:03 GMT
Most small form factor PCs are so squeezed for space, there is not enough room to squeeze in an extra hard drive. Miraculously with the help of the local witch doctor, some voodoo magic, and a bunch of engineers with the "Can Do" spirit at MiniPC have managed to conjure up a box small enough to rival the offerings from Shuttle which is capable of supporting Celeron, Core Solo, Core Duo and Core 2 Duo processors in addition to a Mini PCI and PCI Express slot, FireWire, Ethernet, and dual - yes, dual 2.5" SATA hard drives. Choose from the LF800 and LF800A with the latter featuring DVI. Both cases measure 210mm × 220mm x 115mm and weigh a LAN party-friendly 2.5kg. The only black mark on these tiny marvels is the ugly-ass top mounted fan.
