Pro-Putin Chechen Leader Blames Exiled Kremlin Insider Berezovsky for Funding Rebel Gangs

Chechnya's acting prime minister Ramzan Kadyrov has accused oligarch Boris Berezovsky of financing Chechen militants in 1990s. He said Berezovsky proposed militants to kidnap people in order to receive the tycoon's money under the guise of ransom.
