ST. JOHN'S, NEWFOUNDLAND and LABRADOR (MARKET WIRE) Newfoundland Goldbar Resources Inc. (the "Company")(NEX: NGB.H) announces that, subject to regulatory approval, it has granted 1,800,000 stock options to Directors and Officers of the Company, pursuant to the Company's Stock Option Plan which was approved at the Annual Meeting held October 30, 2003. The Options will expire on November 7, 2011 and have an exercise price of $0.075 per share.
