Ask The Critic: Where's the okonomiyaki?
19th Jan 2006, 19:42 GMT
A reader writes: "When I was on my junior year abroad in Japan, one of my favorite treats was "okonomiyaki," loosely translated as "cooked to your pleasure." This is a savory pancake with ingredients you select, usually served in one of those restaurants with grills at every table. I have never found anywhere in Seattle (that) serves this treat -- can you help?"
