Film News: Event to kick off with preem of 'Nine Lives' -- Gotham-based not-for-profit Independent Feature Project said Tuesday that it will launch a promotional campaign to push indie films with consumers, dubbed Independent Film Week, to run Sept. 19-23 alongside its annual business-to-business IFP Market.
