Datascope reported earnings for FYE 2005 of $14.6 mln, or $0.97 per share including special charges of $4.8 mln after tax or $0.32 per share, and a one-time income tax expense of $2.0 mln or $0.13 per share related to repatriation of $30 mln of foreign earnings.
