(AFP) - US marines distribute food to Iraqis in the village of Saada in the Karabilah area at the Iraqi-Syrian border in western Iraq, 31 October 2005. For people in the desert town of Saada, the choice is stark and, for some, very unwelcome -- Sunni fundamentalists known as Salafists or troops of the US Marine Corps.(AFP/Patrick Baz)
