20th Feb 2006, 21:36 GMT
Canadian Stephen Ames was added to the 64-man field for the Match Play Championship after Thomas Bjorn withdrew on Monday, and will face Tiger Woods in the first round. The field won't be set until Monday afternoon. Should anyone withdraw after that, his opponent would get a bye into the second round at La Costa Resort.
