Witness says Marvin Gaye song sparked confrontation

A deadly 2003 confrontation started after a Wilberforce couple retaliated when their neighbor blared Marvin Gaye's Sexual Healing from a stereo more than 15 times, according to testimony Tuesday in Greene County Common Pleas Court.
