KZN man walks away with Chef of Year award

Trendsetting chef, Richard Carstens of Lynton Hall restaurant in Pennington, Kwa-Zulu Natal, has been crowned 2005's Chef of the Year at the 2006 Eat Out Johnnie Walker Restaurant Awards held at the Arabella Sheraton Hotel in Cape Town.
