(Reuters) - Japan's newly-named Foreign Minister Taro Aso speaks to reporters upon appointment by Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi in a cabinet reshuffle at the premier's official residence in Tokyo October 31, 2005. An outspoken member of the Liberal Democratic Party's conservative camp, the 65-year-old's late grandfather was former Prime Minister Shigeru Yoshida, who negotiated the peace treaty ending World War Two and also the security pact with the United Sates.
