Top Marine: No Plan For Post-Saddam Iraq

In an exclusive interview, departing Marine Commandant Gen. Mike Hagee tells CBS News' David Martin that even in the initial march to Baghdad in the U.S. invasion of Iraq, there was no plan for what to do after Saddam Hussein fell.
