Musa Smith injures neck
13th Nov 2006, 09:05 GMT
Baltimore RB Musa Smith was up and walking a little while after being strapped to a backboard and carted off the field in the first half of Sunday's game against the Ravens. In the second quarter, Smith caught a 5-yard pass on third-and-4 and Titans linebacker Keith Bulluck slammed into Smith's head. The game was stopped for several minutes while Smith was checked, then strapped to the backboard and loaded onto the back of a cart. X-rays were negative, and he did not return. Baltimore coach Brian Billick said he didn't have an update on Smith immediately after the game.
