Tornado watch on coast after South nailed

North Carolina and Virginia were on the watch for tornadoes Thursday, and other Mid-Atlantic states also expected severe weather, after storms on Wednesday killed a man, injured eight and slammed into a skating rink filled with 31 preschoolers.
