PSC prices GDR at 6% discount of November 13 share price

A Chinese-language Central News Agency report stated that Powerchip Semiconductor Corporation (PSC) had set the price of its GDR (global depositary receipt) at NT$19.12 per share, representing a 6% discount off of the closing price of the memory maker's share price of NT$20.40 on November 13 on the Taiwan Stock Exchange.
