Plan would have Clemson assume Hunley restoration

A new plan calls for Clemson University to pay to restore the Confederate submarine Hunley and develop a 65-acre research campus in North Charleston. The plan by Clemson, the Hunley Commission and North Charleston could employ thousands of people.
