Apple fails to unmask sources of leaked info; shield law protects bloggers, says court

Online journalists enjoy the same rights as offline journalists and cannot be forced to disclose the sources of information used in their reports, a state appeals court ruled yesterday. The appeal was filed by Jason O'Grady, publisher of PowerPage against a subpoena by Apple Computer.
