Apple Hires New General Counsel: 30-YEAR IBM VETERAN JOINS IPOD MAKER

By Troy Wolverton, San Jose Mercury News, Calif. Nov. 13--Apple Computer is hiring Donald Rosenberg, IBM's vice president and general counsel, to fill the same roles at the iPod maker. He replaces Nancy Heinen, who resigned in May.
