SINGAPORE: International Olympic Committee president Jacques Rogge has told the delegates of the IOC annual session that they have to make a tough choice between the five cities that are bidding for the right to host the 2012 Olympic games. Mr. Rogge was delivering a keynote address at the opening of the four-day meet in Singapore on Tuesday.
