New Delhi: US Congressman Dan Burton, long-time India-baiter who grabbed headlines here with his bill seeking to cut off aid to India, has not only turned into an ally but is also ready to support the nuclear deal if New Delhi presents a definite plan to separate its civilian and military nuclear facilities.
