Park residents wait for Epping water hook-up.

Pine & Pond manufactured housing park owner Bill Cloutier said an upcoming hook-up to town water will solve long-standing problems with foul-smelling and MtBE-contaminated water at his park, but he admitted this week that it's anyone's guess as to when the water will be flowing.
