31st Dec 2005, 19:20 GMT
Tampa Bay associate coach Craig Ramsey will undergo surgery next week to remove his prostate. The 54 year old was diagnosed with cancer in September. Doctors say because the condition was identified in its earliest stages, Ramsay is expected to make a complete recovery. He's expected to be back behind the bench in mid-January.
