14th Nov 2006, 00:50 GMT
This is generating a lot of discussion among gaming fans online: Icelandic publisher CCP Games, maker of the online role-playing game EVE Online, has merged with pen-and-paper role-playing game gurus White Wolf. The collaboration will see a version of White Wolf’s popular World of Darkness turned into an online role playing game as well. In addition, White Wolf will bring EVE Online’s game world to more traditional RPG formats, with strategy guides, collectible card games, role-playing systems, and a series of novels. White Wolf was founded in 1991 in Stone Mountain, Georgia...CCP Games, or Crowd Control Productions, was formed in 1997 and is based in Reykjavik, Iceland. More details on Gamespot.
