Arcelor Mittal Says Dofasco Sale Is Thwarted

Arcelor Mittal said that it won't be able to sell Dofasco's steel assets that it acquired earlier this year, and is discussing with U.S. regulators how to meet its merger commitments to offload some North American operations.
