France captain Pelous ruled out of All Blacks test

PARIS, Nov 13 (Reuters) - France captain Fabien Pelous has been ruled out of the second November test against the New Zealand All Blacks this Saturday with a rib injury, team media officer Lionel Rossigneux said on Monday.
