Say what you like about Red Ken – and no doubt there are a lot of London-based 4x4 drivers doing just that in response to him proposing a £25 congestion charge on gas-guzzlers – but it is refreshing to find a politician who isn't a stinking hypocrite, says Bryony Gordon.
