(AFP/File) - A HIV+ mother holds her child at the Parirenyatwa hospital in Harare. Only about seven percent of Zimbabweans who should be on antiretroviral drugs (ARVs) are currently on treatment, the government said on the eve of International AIDS Day.(AFP/File)
