The Chapel Hill Town Council heard feedback about a new park-and-ride lot and campaign finance limits at its meeting Monday. Park-and-ride lot An agreement between UNC and the Chapel Hill Bible Church to turn its parking lot into a weekday park-and-ride lot got negative responses from residents of the neighborhood, who say the lot will worsen traffic on their roads.
