Iain is one of Microsoft's more colorful and controversial personalities. Here we sit down to talk about a variety of things from why to use Server 2003 R2 instead of Linux to what makes a good leader. Iain McDonald, is a director on the team that made Windows Server 2003 R2 release candidate 0 which was just released. He also ran the Windows war room back on Windows 2000 and XP and has been on Channel 9 before. He was a bit distracted during the interview because we sat between building 43 and one of the Starbucks outlets on campus so there was a constant stream of employees walking by off camera.
