Oblivion rating changed to 'Mature'; has topless characters and gore, says board

LOS ANGELES: The popular game 'The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion' had its rating changed yesterday from 'Teen' to 'Mature' after the ratings board discovered excessive violence, gore and a 'mod' that allowed players to see the game's female characters topless.
