SEOUL, South Korea - Hyundai Motor Co. is reeling under the burden of a corruption and bribery scandal involving Chairman Chung Mong Koo and his son Chung Eui Sun, who is also the President of Kia Motors Corp. This scandal threatens to hinder Hyundai's vision of becoming one of the world's top five automakers by the end of the decade. Prosecutors in Seoul questioned Chung Mong-Koo and he apologized to the South Korean people.
