HealthDay - TUESDAY, Nov. 1 (HealthDay News) -- People with diabetes -- long known to be at higher risk for heart disease, kidney failure and eye and foot trouble -- now have one more thing to be concerned about: A new study finds they are also more vulnerable to colon cancer.
