Dutch police arrest four England fans

AMSTERDAM, Nov 15 (Reuters) - Dutch police said they had arrested four English soccer fans for drunk and disorderly behaviour ahead of England's friendly with the Netherlands at the Amsterdam Arena on Wednesday.
