(AP) - The U.N. Security Council votes to unanimously adopt a resolution Monday Oct. 31, 2005 at U.N. headquarters in New York demanding Syria's full cooperation with a U.N. investigation into the assassination of Lebanon's former prime minister Rafik Hariri and warning of possible 'further action' if it doesn't. More than 2 years after the bitter rift over the Iraq war, the U.N. Security Council united against Syria and showed that it could speak with a single voice on a difficult and contentious issue.
