To any urbanite, Calgary is a city that makes your heart rate slow down.Not in a Zen, meditative kind of way, but because of the depressing realization that Calgary is mostly suburbia with a troubled downtown. The city is absent. Not even the ambitious EnCana Corporation tower designed by British architect Sir Norman Foster can fix this one on its own.
